Presenting you the smooth and easy experience is our first goal. We conduct multiple checks before delivery.
On the other hand, we are pleased to accept returns and provide refunds or replacements in the event that the product is delivered incorrectly (i.e., Product is not the same as in the order confirmation) or has a genuine manufacturing flaw.
Please notify Coppersmith at [email protected] for assistance in the process about receipt of a damaged/ defective product/service within 2 days of delivery to you. After 48 hours of delivery, no exchanges or returns will be accepted
Customers can start return requests through the customer portal at coppersmith.in. Enter the email address that you used to place the order to log into your account and use your portal to request a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a notification and instructions on how and where to send your package.
The product must be in the same condition that you received it in, along with its original price tags, labels, barcodes, invoices, etc., in order to be eligible for a return. Within 4 to 5 business days following the date of the return request, we will schedule a pickup.
After we receive the returned product, we will do a quality check and once product passes the quality check, we will credit the amount in the original mode of payment or the exchange product within 7-10 working days. We will notify you by email/phone once the refund/exchange has been processed.
